Following the Spring/Summer campaign that emulsified fashion shoot to family snap with the inclusion of Margherita; the Fall adds another Missoni family member to the line-up. Poignantly named 'A Wonderful Life' (no doubt with reference to the classic feel-good James Stewart film) we see Ottavio, or 'Tai', the founder of the design brand, paternally overseeing the collection's shoot, adding a contradictory grandeur and humbleness. Juergen Teller successfully creates a symbolic 'This Is Your Life' for Ol' Tai, celebrating his 90th birthday and perhaps his autumnal part of his life, unfortunately just leaving the big red book out. A sad thought but the legend (and once Olympic athlete!) looks pretty pleased with his lot. As my 92 year-old Grandad recently said 'Well Done Life'.
