Dolce & Gabbana Do a Missoni

Bianca Balti & Monica Bellucci, Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2012 ad campaign by Giampaolo Sgura (via Fashion Gone Rogue)
This campaign has a striking similarity to that of Missoni's Autumn/Winter 2011 campaign, could be the simple factor of the juxtaposition of the decrepit and the beautiful though.

MFW 1 - D & G (The Last Ever Collection)

D&G Spring 2012 - Milan Fashion Week (via Fashion Gone Rogue)

This collection draws from the likes of vintage 90s Versace and that of Pucci, particularly in the 70s with the wide-brimmed straw hats (not pictured). Lurid, clashing and gaudy... and I like it. I purposively overlooked the denim ensembles, I think that's going a step too far back into the tasteless 90s.

Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2011

1960s handmade shift dress from Shop on Christmas Steps (bought in 2007).

Ah yes, these fellas. I got them back in 2008 from Priceless Shoes(!). For some reason Kate Kuba did a range for the shop... Unsurprisingly they were super cheap but they've lasted.

Turtle necks, mini skirts, shift dresses, bold florals, accordian pleats, saturated palettes, chunky heels, fake furs and bouffant hair. That's about it really.
