Jill Stuart always manages to create an effortless, casual chic. Admittedly some of these outfits I couldn't pull-off. I'm too old for shorts and ankle socks, but I can definitely appreciate the cute, preppiness of the look. The strongest shots unite fedoras, pussy bow blouses and lurex, as well as bobble hats and big-buttoned shift dresses. The 60s and 70s are fighting for attention in this campaign.
