These are Billie Achilleos' Louis Vuitton critters, each made from various “petite maroquinerie” or small leather goods from the luxury line. The London-based artist was commissioned this bizarre request in the aid of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the SLG Savoir Faire collection. Sensibly she steered clear of recreating the animals that the leather actually originated from.
